We offer FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum orders. No special policies. Everyday FREE shipping.

After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation message. We do our best to expedite shipment! We stock most of our items on our site Allow most items to be shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. After your order is processed and shipped we will send you a message with a tracking number. In some cases shipping delays occur if items are on backorder. If the shipping is delayed for any reason, we will inform you of the estimated shipping time. We work diligently to display the most current product inventory available. Most shipments arrive within 2 – 7 business days of ordering.

PS. For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to transport and customs issues.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it’s in transit.

What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive to your country.

My order says delivered, but I don’t have it?

Some possible things that could have happened.
– They didn’t scan it correctly and it will show up the next day.
– The carrier could have left it at a neighbors house by accident or a front desk if you live in an apartment. Please check.
