How Do I Pay For My Order ?
We accept paypal as our secure payment method.
We understand that ordering a commodity for special occasions is an important decision and will accommodate you as much as we can. However, it is important to note that all of our commodity are in stock, and once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled. Please note the following cancellation policy.
– Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.
– If the orders are canceled within 18 hours after payment, you will get a full refund.
– If the items were packed within 24 hours but were not shipped, you will get 80% refund + shipping fee.
– Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

IWill I have to pay taxes?
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
How can I change my order?
Please fill out the contact form to update your order. We can correct your shipping address, quantity of items, names, etc. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to correct your order.
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

All customer information that you share with us is kept completely private and confidential. We do not share, rent or sell your personal information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it’s in transit.
